Maggie Cropp joined Watson Spence in September 2019, after graduating magna cum laude from Mercer University School of Law with a Juris Doctorate and Mercer University with a Bachelor of Arts, Sociology, summa cum laude.
During her time as a student at Mercer, Maggie served on the Student Editorial Staff at the Journal of Southern Legal History where she revised oral transcripts and articles. She also worked as a law clerk for Stone & Baxter, and The Law Offices of Connie L. Williford where she worked on a variety of matters including bankruptcy, construction law, business law, and family law. She was a member of Mercer on a Mission which provided improved drinking water for a community in the West Pokot District of Kenya, Africa. Maggie played soccer all four years of undergraduate at Mercer.
When not working, Maggie loves to read, travel, listen to all kinds of music, go to concerts and exercise. Two little known facts about Maggie – she has lived in seven different states and has a cat, Biscuit, who looks just like “Grumpy Cat.”
