Chris Cohilas is one step closer to helping his client have her day in court. Cohilas brought claims of racketeering against TV lawyer, Ken Nugent and other defendants, on behalf of his client. This past Friday, Dougherty Superior Court Judge Stephen Goss denied various motions by the defendants. This crucial ruling sets the stage for Chris and his client to present their case to a jury, hopefully before year’s end.
